Description of initiative

For the five years, the aim of the completed development program was to create a broad and well-established funding base for activities that support the well-being through arts and to change the current structures and attitudes towards the activities. The goal was to use art as a natural part of everyday life.

Results, benefits, impact and lessons learnt

Results: 11 county artists, 3.6 million euros in grants, more than 200 employed artists, 350,000 euros, 15 participating provinces, ministerial recommendations, influence on law, indicators, budgets, dozens of surveys, collaborators and surprising results. The programme has provided support and advice for initiating well-being activities in the arts and culture.
