The audience also depicted their soul landscapes visually with the help of paper and chalk - while before listening to the music and after the pictures showed where they dived. Performers: Helen Lokuta - mezzosoprano, Karl Johann Lattikas - vibraphone, Tanel-Eiko Novikov - marimba, Alice Pehk - music therapist.

Results, benefits, impact and lessons learnt

Results:
• The project shows that a classical music concert can be related to a current topic in society, provide a musical experience as well as lead to substantive self-development
• Teacher Anu Kušvid of German Gymnasium: Certainly, mental health promotion events must take place outside the school walls - after all, school stress is a source of worry for many young people, and this move to a new place helps to tear oneself away from everyday worries. Under no circumstances should it be organized in schools.
