Music therapy concert-workshop in Kohtla-Järve

Muusikateraapia kontsert-töötuba Kohtla-Järvel

Description of initiative

The program is structured based on the basic principles of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM), an internationally recognized deep psychological receptive music therapy method. Some participants were just interested in listening the music, some shared their experiences, some enjoyed the part visualization of their inner world. With the director of Kohtla-Järve Gymnasium, the organisers continue to develop the topic of how to bring the new concert-workshops (spring 2023) to the students. On meetings with authorities of city government and cultural center discussed how to arise the interest of the people of this region according to their special problems, attitude and habits.
