According to the research which examines the links between culture, art and well-being, it is essential to organize and produce cultural and artistic activities that are suitable and meaningful for the target groups. An important point was the cooperation between different sectors, such as the social and health sector and the cultural sector, in order to ensure smooth and continuous cooperation. Creating permanent functions was seen as a challenge. The training and employment of artists proved to be an important issue for the continuity of activities.
